- You make a mistake on the engraved text.
- The info on your pet's ID changes
- You dump your S.O and get a new one (ooh!).
ID Protection is valid for two years after purchase; standard shipping rates apply.
ID Protection is available to add to your order as you are creating your custom engraved DOG iD.
Redeem ID Protection
To redeem ID Protection, simply log into your account .
Once logged in, you can reorder your faceplate with any necessary changes and your redemption code will be automatically applied to your order.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
