This email can be sent directly to them immediately or we can send it to you and you can print or forward the e-gift card to them when the timing is right. They will be able to come to our website and select their favorite design, leather color, and hardware color, and have the collar made to the perfect size for their dog!

For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
